Our first week of Shader Croft here in Shelburne Community School saw a number of exciting adventures and experiences. Students took us on a hike up Mt. Philo, on a tour of the Lake Champlain Chocolate factory, and on a scenic walk through Burlington’s Pine Street Art District to meet some fantastic artists. As always we found time to get our heads wet, even if for a few minutes after unsuccessfully trying to evade a thunderstorm. Our week ended with a delicious all-day BBQ at South Hero’s Sandbar State Park.
