Since 2001, Shader Croft has been helping students improve their literacy skills and social and emotional competence and we are committed to helping schools close the achievement gap between high and low performing students. Our program is not the typical summer enrichment or remedial program. It is thoughtfully designed based upon solid research in a variety of areas. We have learned a lot about how to design, organize and run engaging and effective summer programs that close the achievement gap.
